Hi there! I'm looking at insuremytrip.com (last-minute insurance shopping for my sister who's replacing my MIL) Have any of you used CSA Travel Protection - Silver and Web Direct Plans? If not, who did you go with, and were you satisfied with the company? Thanks in advance for your help.

I bought the silver package one year from CSA. Luckily, I did not have to use it. This last cruise I used Access America via AAA. It came in a little cheaper if you are a AAA member.
