Trip Insurance????

I have done lots of research but cant find the answer I need. We are going to Disney in June. My grandmother is fine now but at the age (89) that anything can happen at any time. How would trip insurance help me if something happened to her on say day 3 of our 8 day trip. Thank you for any help with this situation.

Something like what? Medical assistance? Fees for changing airline tickets? You really need to look at various policies to see what is covered.
