Under Disney’s new Travel Plan number, all individual room are listed as one reservation. In the event we wish to get travel insurance for only one of these rooms, does Travel Guard still provide that service for vacation club members? I know Disney has gone to a second insurance carrier but they requires that you insure the full years points, whereas Travel Guard only insures the points being used for that trip. Our upcoming trip used banked, current and barrowed points (3 * $79) for all rooms included in the one travel plan. The one room we want to insure only used a part of one years point allocation therefore the Travel Guard policy less expensive.
Are there any other carriers of Disney Timeshare insurance?
