Does anyone have the trip insurance phone number that comes on the purple flyer that comes with reservations? I can't find mine.

Plan 1 (P1) vacation point coverage - Multiply the number of points used by $5 (that would be what you would get). Then multiply that by 5.15% to get the cost to you to purchase. Also gives you up to $300 per day for travel delay, $500 for baggage and personal effects, $100 baggage delay.

Plan 2 (P2) airline ticket coverage - max $400 per person plus the others above. Cost is $30 per person covered.

Plan 3 (P3) Optional medical coverages - medical expense $25,000, Emergency medical transportation $30,000, Emergency Family travel arrangements $3,000, Accidental death and dismemberment $25,000. Cost $3.65 per day per person.
