Hi We have a party of 8 flying out in February. We got lucky last year, if you can remember the northeast was slammed with storms at the beginning and end of Feb break. We were the last flight out the day we flew and then flew back into a storm!

We are looking for trip insurance that will cover if we have a storm and our flight is cancelled or if someone gets sick and can not come.

Does anyone have experience with this? This is our first time getting insurance because this trip is not cheap! TIA

most will cover that I would just get the insurance anyway

You can get the insurance Disney sells (assuming you are staying onsite) or look for a private company.

This link looks at several companies:

An expensive issue could be if you cannot get back home. You think great - more days at Disney but that will be expensive paying for extra nights.
