We have a trip booked for the 2nd week in December and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how crowded it is at that time. We went last year at the end of August and walked on to every ride except for Peter Pan. Will the crowds be similar?

We also go to Disney around the same time for DD birthday, and while it seems to be getting more and more crowded as each year passes, we are still able to walk right onto rides. Typically, the busiest rides seems to be the park favorites (Dumbo, Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh), but then we walked right into the haunted mansion, BTMRR, and It's a small world. What's nice about December is when you are tired of the parks, you can hop the monorail to the GF and check out the enormous gingerbread house. Most of the resorts have a decorated tree in the theme of that resort, as well as carolers and such. Hope you have a great time, we always do!!

It may be a bit more crowded but so worth the trip. If you think Disney is magical in august just wait till you see it in dec. The decorations are just amazing and be sure to get tickets for the MVMCP. It is so much fun, the holiday parade is so wonderful. My favorite time to visit mickey is dec and I wouldn't be afraid to bet it will be yours also once you experience the world at holiday time!
