I've seen a few people mention the website Trip Beat for booking a resort room. Has anyone successfully used this website? I'm looking at the website and the prices just seem too good to be true. I don't want to book and then not have a reservation. Does anyone know if there is a requirement to watch a timeshare presentation or any other requirements?

I normally use vacation central florida but the dates I want are booked up. Thanks!

I booked a trip in Aug. through the site a couple of months ago. It was recommended on a timeshare group I'm in (I own a Calif. timeshare) and I don't think it would have been recommended if there were any problems. I also did a search on Trip Advisor, and again, good reviews. The prices are low because they are timeshares, and if you look on timeshare rental/exchange sites (or EBay),you'll see similar prices for Orlando resorts. They have a LOT of inventory in Orlando, and want to get what they can. THe Tripbeat site is run by Wyndham, so again, a legit company, and they deal in massive amounts of inventory in the area.
I read the fine print and didn't see anything about a sales presentation, so unless I missed it, I don't think you need to worry about that.
