For the
DVC tour, if you're staying on property, there is a "dvc" button on your phone. You can press it at any time and schedule your appointment. We called it on our last day there, and was able to get in to see someone at almost any time. They will come and pick you up where you're staying, and bring you back.
Personally, I would visit DVC on a day you don't go to the parks. That way, you're not wasting your park day talking to the sales folks.
If it were just DH and me, I would go to MK, Epcot and AK. If you do go to AK and like the Lion King, please don't miss that show. It is absolutely amazing.

If you guys really like to ride rides, then I'd switch out Epcot or AK and go to HS. Epcot is my least favorite personally, but I know many feel that way about AK. Regardless of what you choose, you'll have a
GREAT time!
Lastly, I was ready to buy, and DH was on the fence. If you do go down once a year (or more), and want to stay in deluxe accommodations (especially one and two bedrooms), it makes a lot of sense. Given the information, we sat down, crunched the numbers, and decided it was the right move for us. It's not right for everyone, but there has not been once ounce of regret since we purchased.
Have a wonderful time, and hope you have good weather!

Enjoy the tour, and have fun picking a home resort! I would have a really hard time choosing if I were buying now!
