I tried calling twice today to make my dining reservations for the end of July, and while both CM's agreed that today was 180 days out and that I should be able to book 180+10, neither one of them could book for me. I was given different reasons by each CM and was hoping maybe someone here had a similar experience and could tell me which was correct.
The first CM said it was b/c I have a linked reservation, which I do since I needed to waitlist for the last night of my stay and that night is listed separate. She said there is a glitch in the system and that Disney is trying to fix it. The second CM said it was b/c I wasn't booking anything on my arrival date - my first reservation was for the 2nd day of my stay.
The first explanation made more sense than the 2nd to me b/c I have never booked a dining reservation for my arrival day before and have always been able to get my 180+10. Plus I think the 2nd CM tried booking a reservation for my arrival date and he still couldn't get the rest of them to go through.
Thoughts? Have I become a victim of their system enhancements?
