tried to make my ADR's

I tried calling twice today to make my dining reservations for the end of July, and while both CM's agreed that today was 180 days out and that I should be able to book 180+10, neither one of them could book for me. I was given different reasons by each CM and was hoping maybe someone here had a similar experience and could tell me which was correct.

The first CM said it was b/c I have a linked reservation, which I do since I needed to waitlist for the last night of my stay and that night is listed separate. She said there is a glitch in the system and that Disney is trying to fix it. The second CM said it was b/c I wasn't booking anything on my arrival date - my first reservation was for the 2nd day of my stay.

The first explanation made more sense than the 2nd to me b/c I have never booked a dining reservation for my arrival day before and have always been able to get my 180+10. Plus I think the 2nd CM tried booking a reservation for my arrival date and he still couldn't get the rest of them to go through.

Thoughts? Have I become a victim of their system enhancements?

It would drive me crazy to know that I might not get the reservations I want due to a glitch. Have you tried online?

I did try online after I called, and it said it was unable to confirm my reservation. So it's either b/c of the linked ressie or b/c I'm DVC, but I thought with the enhancements that the DVC reservations were now a part of the system.

I'll start calling tomorrow day by day. Luckily there's only one reservation that I'm really concerned about getting, and that's lunch at CRT. But at least it isn't breakfast there or I might be out of luck.

Update: I was able to get all of the reservations at the times I wanted them by calling or going online day by day. :)

The CM I spoke with this morning confirmed the linked reservation was the problem.

Isn't a relief when the ADRs are finalized? Congratulations on getting everything you wanted.

Have a great trip!
