Tried MS this morning-unable to book +10 with split stay

Just off the phone with MS.

Its 6 am here in Phoenix, AZ, been up since 3:45 am trying to book reservations for dining.

Online system-still does not recognize our res #.

Had to call wdw-dine at 4 am to book ADR, only able to book first 2 days due to split stay.

then called ms at 6 am, same thing, would not allow the +10 from original res # and could not book on new res # for another 2 days now.

I asked about online system and she said we should be able to use. I told her we could not and she did not know at all.

This is really rediculous, now i have to get up early on monday morning at 345 am again due to time difference to try and make adr's, then have to go right to work. This should of been fixed before rolling it out!

You can't do the 90+10 for an entire stay if you have CRO reservations for a split stay either. I really don't expect that to get "fixed" ever.

It is very disappointing that the online system will not accept DVC reservations for the 90 +10 feature. It's said that Disney knows about that and is working on it. I hope it gets fixed soon.
 
Even if you could book online, you'd have two different reservation numbers and wouldn't be able to book the next part until you were 90 days out from the start of the second reservation.
 
The on-line ADR system, just like the on-line check-in system wasn't designed for the DVC. We are just using them and fixes for us are at the bottom of Disney's list.

How do you know the fixes for DVC are at the bottom of the list? Did someone at MS or DVC say that?

Some DISers have reported being able to do this. I was one of them. When I called at my 90th day mark, I had no problem making ten days worth of ADRs for our split stay next month. The only thing the computer would not allow the CM to do was book CRT on the Dining Plan for us....so I booked it "oop".

Yes they did. They have also told me that the MS reservation and point programs don't work like they should and that they are hoping to install a new system in the next year or two.

Unfortunately it makes perfect business sense. Spend time fixing a program that affects 40 million Guests or 100,000 DVC Members.
