Make sure you do up a letter and include your tax id number. Have all the donated prizes go to one location and log them in to keep track.
Start looking for baskets to use to put the gifts in.. places like thrift shops, yard sales etc because you are going to need a ton. See if you have find a place to donate the cellophane you are going to need to wrap them all

You can get away with using less baskets if you don't have them by using cardboard boxes- we cut them to only be like 4-6 inches tall, wrap them in colorful paper and then just put the items in there and wrap it in cello- they look great!
If you are looking for a cello donation try your local florists or floral supply compnay. We just bought the big giant rolls from the floral supply place and they were not that expensive. The cello bags they sell in dollar tree are great to- nice and easy!
