Tricky DDP question

We (family of 5 plus 2 year old) are traveling in a few weeks with my sister and her son (2) and my brother and family (4). A grand gathering!!!!

So, to be able stay in a less expensive resort (POFQ), my youngest son is on my sisters reservation (and one of my kids will be sleeping over in her adjoining room each night).

We all have the same TS meals planned together, but may not be together for all the snacks, CS meals.

I am confused about the KTTW cards....who gets them? Everyone in the party, or only the adults on the reservation? And I assume they are per room/Reservation? What would be the easiest way to charge my sons meals on my sisters KTTW card?

Have I just made a huge problem? How can we work this out???

Your son's meal credits will be on the KTTW card in his name that your sister will get when checking in. You will have to have that with you and use it to pay for his meals. The rest of your family can use the KTTW card for your room to pay for your meals.

Also, your park tickets will be on your KTTW cards. So every guest aged 3 or older gets their own KTTW card with the park tickets and dining credits. All the dining credits for everyone in your sister's room will be accessible through any of the KTTW cards issued for that room. You will need to keep track of the CS meals and snacks you are charging to your son's room card so you don't accidentally use your sister's credits.

Everyone gets their own KTTW card with their name on it, even children. Your son's card will have to go where your son goes, as it contains his dining credits (which will be attached to your sister's room) and his park tickets.
