Tricks for more leg room

I've tried searching for this answer but I'm having little luck. I'm wondering what rides at US/IOA have seats that are better for leg room (or seats that are worse).

From my searching I gather that Mummy and Gringotts have more leg room in the back rows. Any other tips for a tall-ish person?

I found out last time we went that there are ride cars on some rides that are made for disability access and thus are roomier. I noticed several people ask if they could wait for that car to come around and be seated in there. Some of these have more leg room or wider seats etc. I think the term I heard used is 'modified ride car'....perhaps ask before entering the line if there is one in the rides you're planning to ride. One worth mentioning is Ripsaw Falls. I imagine it is quite hard to get in there comfortably if you are taller. And we rode once on a modified car that had only 4 seats instead of 5 thus a bit more leg room for the last person!

Mummy is the same every row and seat.

Does the front row have more room or less room?

Slightly due to the head.

Dudley do right for being tall I would get back seat. It just easier to slide in and out. Do not do front unless you can twist into a pretzel.

Gringotts rows are like small stadium seating. The front reminds me of sitting on a elementary chair. Then row 2 seems normal and row 3 is very nice, but all rows are manageable.

Jurassic park, front row can be an issue due to the curve of the bow on the outside seats. Then the lap bar has the seat separator. When I go with DS I put one leg on each side of the separator with him.

Cat in the hat the netting in front row can be tight but nothing to really worry about.

Back row of Simpsons is a no no for tall, hit head.

RRR can be a issue with the Jewels if you know what I mean.

Pretty much everything else is ok.

Thank you, great info. I assume when you say "slightly due to the head" you mean slightly less leg room.

Flight of the Hippogriff

The first cart has a slight bit more room due the hippogriff head if I recall. It's been many years since I've been on due to DS being older.

My husband is six foot five and 280 and was able to get on every ride at Universal. He did have to use the special seats on Hulk and the outside seats on Gringotts.
