Trick or Treat/ not at party?

Have a friend that will be in WDW on Halloween. The party is to expensive for them. Is there somewhere the kids can go Trick or Treating besides at the party on Halloween? They are staying at All Star Sports. Does Disney Springs do anything? Thanks

I think Fort Wilderness has trick or treating.

Downtown Disney did years ago, but they stopped that and I don't know if Saratoga Springs has any plans to resume that tradition.
