I noticed that you are in Canada, so DS will be flying into Orlando. He needs to start looking into options for getting the bicylcle to Florida. Airlines can charge upto $200 additional for the bike. You can look into shipping it via UPS or FedEx or if they are willing to ride a different bike for the Tri, then there are several bike shops in Orlando that will rent them a bike for the day. I bring this up, because it is one of the things you don't imediately think about when doing a destination Tri.
I'm lucky, we only have an 11 hour drive, so I load the bike up on the minivan and road trip it. Please feel free to ask if you have anymore Tri questions!
