Does anyone know if you can use the DDP If you booked DIRECTLY thru T REK phone number and NOT disney dining ? THere was no avaliability online so I called and made a ressie no problem BUT will I be able to use my table service credits by doing it that way ?

Yes, you can use DDP no matter how you book. It's just an alternate method of payment, and the way you booked doesn't matter.
