Trex, Earl, or Bscklot Express for lunch?

Due to all the construction & closures this August, we've decided to do the DXDP and make this trip all about the food and hot tub. We have many signatures scheduled so there are a few spots with no meals- but just one we will do fully OOP. We need lunch on our second HS day. All FP+ are done by noonish but we want to go back for Star Wars fireworks. Which sounds best- 1) Backlot with 20% AP discount, 2) EOS with a buy 1 get 1 coupon, or 3) Trex with birthday rewards and reward gift cards?

Are you asking which is best financially speaking? How many people are in your group? Or food-wise? Food-wise, I think EOS is. Also, if it's just two of you, that is a good deal. I don't find the food at Backlot Express to be that appealing, and unless you need it for the location, I'd not recommend it. T-Rex has generic food, but a fun atmosphere. You will also have to consider paying for tip, and the cost of each entree.

Personally I'd stay in HS and go to either the Brown Derby lounge or 50's/Prime Time, as both are relatively cheap OOP.
