Trevor's grant a wish

Trevor's grant a wish for Disney world is for December 21-27 ..he is so excited.. He has aplastic anemia which he needs a bone marrow transplant...they are trying him on a new medicine which he is responding good to...but I am wondering if it is very crowd for Christmas time.. and with the new disable rules for kids...is it still in affect for granted a wish kids?
