Trevor Goddard Dead of Possible Suicide

Actor Trevor Goddard, best known for his roles in "JAG" and "Mortal Kombat" was found dead in Los Angeles of a possible overdose. Suicide hasn't been ruled out. He also recently completed work on "Pirates of the Caribbean".

How sad. I have been seeing him lately on a Hoover commercial.

Wow! And I just saw the Hoover commercial for the first time today. That's a real shame as I thought he was a terrific actor.

I heard one comment that he died of a broken heart. I'm not sure why they said that. They went on to mention his wife and children....maybe they were divorcing?

I can't place him

He was the Australian naval officer who was engaged to Mac on JAG. He's also been in the recent ads for the Hoover FloorMate. A kangaroo comes into a woman's kitchen and he arrives looking like Crocodile Dundee and says he can "Clean that floor, Mate".

Such a shame. The reports say his career was starting to pick up steam recently.
