I did I did!! I did my ENTIRE powerwalk DVD with leslie, I had gotten in the bad habit of not including the last 15 mins of lower body toning, so today I spent an hour with her.

whew -- glad that's done!
 
I haven't yet, but I'm a music director at a catholic church, and today's ash wednesday, so I have masses all day! :(

I also have a staff meeting. I'm going to try and get in the treadmill between the staff meeting and the 4:30 prayer service.

Edited to say that I did my 40 minute workout on the treadmill!! I now have 17 points for dinner instead of 11! :)

You're really leading the pack here. I'm going to have to get up earlier tomorrow to beat you to the thread! :sunny:
 

It's so much fun to see who will be the first to post the exercise thread! :) Maybe I'll try to be first tomorrow. That should motivate us ladies! Let's see who can do their work out and then post the thread first! Hey, I'll take excitement and motivation anyway I can get it!!!!!

I did FIRM BSS1 Cardio Sculpt this morning. Felt good as usual but I'm still a little sore from adding upper body sculpt to my routine. I'm sucking it up and taking it like a "man" though :). Sorry guys, just feeling a little silly this morning!!!

My pedometer is on my belt loop. Hopefully by the end of the day I'll have clocked my 10,000 steps.
 
A big congratulations to all who got moving today!:moped: This morning I did Firm's Complete Aerobics & Weight Training and added on Cardio Sculpt Blaster for a little extra somethin'-somethin'! Great job everybody!
 
Did level 2 of the original WATP today. Feelin' pretty good. I tested REALLY dark on the ketone strips today, so I'm trying to increase my water intake. I'll weigh myself this weekend and see how things are going!
 
Got up early and went to "It Figures" and did my 30 minutes and then came to work. I work from 10 - 7 tonight and I am too tired to go at 7 (and hungry, too). So I decided to go this morning. I feel great! Hope that it revs me for the rest of the day. Congrats to all who started the day with exercise!!

I just finished my strenght training and I am wiped! That means one thing. TOM is headed my way. Make way for cravings, water retention, and selfish irritability. OH Glory Days! Well, congrats to all who've managed to eek out another workout. Pats on the back for all. Keep up the good work!

Curves for me this morning. :)
 
I attempted FIRM for the first time. I had a lot of laughs and only lasted approx. 25 minutes. My thighs and back were sore even from the short time. I also did the 1 mile WATP.

I did the 2-mile WATP today. I also mopped my kitchen floor, which if you ask me is a workout in and of itself.:teeth:
 
ran outside in the freeeeezing cold this morning! 3.75 miles :eek: (would've just been 3.25 with a .5 walking cool down, but it was too cold, i had to keep the legs moving!)
 
Did the WATP 1-miler! It was easier than Monday, but still a challenge for me. Does feel good to move - I can be the Queen of Lazy!!!
 
2 miles this morning at 6:45am - boy was it cold!

will try to get to weights tonight......
 
Did the Curves workout today. And when I went in, I found out that I had won last week's challenge...so when the new shipment of shirts/towels etc comes in next week, I have first choice! YEAH!!! :teeth:

I went to the gym this morning for an invigorating combo of cardio and weight work....:hyper: .....then I proceeded to *undo* most of the good I'd done by eating an inappropriate amount of MIL's home-made hot fudge sauce :crazy2: .....I've looked up the *damages* in my handy-dandy food book....:faint: I won't be doing THAT again any time soon!
 
I did 3.25 miles on the treadmill and the weight circuit. I am going to try to start doing some crunches before I go to bed. Need to tighten up those abs! I am also down 6 pounds....yeah, that helps out with the motivation.
