The points will be based on a 2br at SSR.

Exact same points as a 2 bedroom at SSR. If you go to DVC member site they have an updated chart with THV included.

It's only Feb 8th if you own at SSR though. Otherwise you have to wait a couple weeks

Thanks, we own at SSR. I remember when SSR owners were the black sheep of DVC, since we were "taking up" all the ressies of the smaller resorts at the 11 month window. THV has changed that a bit.

I have a 2 bedroom already booked at SSR for late July, I plan on calling on the 8th to try to change to a THV (**wish me luck!**).

I called member services today to find out when we could start booking THV and the CM said "early February" but that she didn't have an exact date for SSR owners or other DVCers. She suggested calling on Feb. 1st to see - but she also indicated SSR would have about two-weeks lead time over everyone else.

We're hoping to get one for a weekend in September for DS's 12th birthday.
