Treehouse Villas w/o car?

We are trying to decide between a BLT 2 bdrm or the treehouse villas for our next trip June, 2014. We will not have a car this time. Which would you choose?
Trip will be me, DH (only part of the trip--he will be with us for part of the trip, not that he isn't D ) DS17, DS's friend 17, and DS11.

We stayed at the tree house villas without a car in September of 2010. We have never stayed at BLT, I'm sure it is great, but probably a lot more expensive. We LOVED the tree house! Having the three bedrooms is awesome. We gave the master bedroom to my in-laws, but since you would have it in this case you will have LOTS of privacy. The master bedroom entrance is on the other side of the kitchen from the other 2 bedrooms and the two bathrooms are in between the bedrooms. It is a hike to the main area from the tree houses, I was so excited to be there that I basically sprinted down the path rather than wait for the internal bus Once you get to one of the main bus stops you don't have to share the bus route with another resort so the added time to walk or take the internal bus might just be a wash. I had no problem with the extra distance in exchange for the privacy. We considered staying there again this time, but they were booked for our dates so we are staying at a 2 bedroom villa at OKW. Only two bedrooms, but overall bigger than the tree houses.

They're beautiful but I'd never stay there without a car. We visited friends who were staying there last time and having to take two buses to get there took forever and was a huge pain.
