Treehouse Villa booking question

I am anticipating the Feb. 8th date like everyone else is! I do have a question though..

We currently own at Saratoga and BoardWalk (150 pts. apiece.) I plan on making a 5 night reservation for June on Feb. 8th. The reservation I want to make will be for 180 pts. My question is: I have 180 pts available to make the reservation, but they are not all Saratoga points. Do you think I will still be able to make the reservation on Feb. 8th if I do not use all Saratoga points.

I realize that this is an "early" booking window for Saratoga owners, but it is still under the 7 month window. Does anyone know how they will handle this? I really hope that I do not have to wait until Feb. 22nd to make this ressie.

Good question. Your guess is as good as mine. The correct answer would be no you shouldn't be able to book this unless you're using the SSR points, I'd guess, but if you get the "right" or wrong MS person, who knows! Is it possible at all for you to book it with SSR points and then switch it to the other on the 22nd?

I worried about waiting until my 11 month window at SSR (which is 2-23) to call for THV, ! I suspect people will be trying to walk ressies like crazy after the 8th, but hope not!

Oh gosh, I'm sorry! I am on meds for my migraines that honestly get the best of me at times!

I don't know how that will work for you because you want to use SSR and BWV points. Do you have enough to borrow from next year for SSR to get all you need for the 180 pts? If not, MS may only let you book with the amount of points you have through SSR. Good luck.

No I don't have enough points to borrow. We already have one reservation made for April that is taking up a good amount of points.

We shall see what MS says. I have e-mailed them and asked. If they won't let me, might just go ahead and check on booking a 2 bedroom at SSR or OKW and holding my breath that the THV will still be available on the 22nd...

On Feb 8th you could use however many SSR points you have available to book a few nights and call back on Feb 22nd to add the other nights with BWV points.
