I understand that the THV will be near SSR. My question is: Will SSR owners be able to book THV'S at 11 months, or will they be considered a separate resort with separate owners? Also, does anyone have pictures of the THV'S. The fact that they are in the trees makes me wonder if you'll have problems with creepy things (geckos, etc) getting into the villas. I'm kind of creeped out by that idea.

Yes, they are part of SSR, and only SSR owners will have the 11 month booking window.

It has been confirmed. Disney announced the THV as part of SSR when the CRVs were announced.

THV are simply Phase 4 of SSR, just like Grandstand was Phase 3 of SSR.
