Tree House Villas Availablity

Does anyone know the availability of the TRV? Looking at a week at Feb 26- Mar 5 2011, but not our home resort. What would our chances be if booking 7 months out?

Chances are going to be Slim to None. THV's, for the most part, are filling up at the 11 month mark. I booked at 11 months, 7 am and only wanted 3 nights and I got the last one available. Have not seen too many reports of successful waitlists.

Good luck. I'm glad we stayed there once for the novelty but we were not impressed enough to want to stay there again.

I do not think a wait list is terrible, as they sell more units, they allow more inventory to be rented. I would try and wait list if it is your goal, but have your 11 month 2 bedroom rented where ever you own at 11 months too, just in case.

I am on a waitlist for THV for one night (Sat. Oct 16) and don't know that it will come through. We are currently booked at SSR for a 2BR. Anyone know the odds that it will come through for the one night?

Just returned from staying in the Tree house villas last week. If you are pay cash Disney has a bunch of villas available. During the week it seemed like more than half the villas were vacant. Even now you can easily book a THV in June for cash, but there are none available for points.

I just checked, and my THV waitlist came through! So excited!!!!
