Tree House at Thankgiving Holiday Week 2014?

We do not have Saratoga Springs Tree Houses as one of our home resort. We want to book one of them for the week of Thanksgiving 2014. November 22nd through the 29th 2014. We are willing to wait list for it but would like to get your feedback on this.

What would be our chances of booking a SS Tree House at the 7 month booking window for that week?

Thanksgiving time is one of the few times per year when getting a THV at 7 months out is difficult. If you had attempted to reserve a THV for Thanksgiving week, 2013, at exactly 7 months out at 8 a.m. on line, you would have found that the Tuesday through Friday night of that week was already booked full. Don't know how well wait list would have worked.
