Treasures from The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter

I have had the pleasure of watching the Wizarding World of Harry Potter grow from Hogsmeade to Diagon Alley and yes the Hogwarts Express too.

We had the good fortune as onsite guests at the Portofino Bay to experience Hogsmeade before it was opened to the general public a few years ago. My grandchildren are Harry Potter fans and they were thrilled. On that first trip lots of scarves, pins, patches, Hedwig's and wands were purchased.

Being the shopping granny that I'am with lots of Potter fans in the family to buy for and its fun. I thought I would start a thread of Harry Potter gift options for the Harry Potter fans.

I have seen in the threads that some of the Harry Potter fans have limited time to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potters two parks. I know that not all the stores in the Wizarding World carry all the same Harry Potter products. So as a way to help those Potter fans with limited time to seek out their Potter treasures. I'am calling on all Harry Potter fans who have visited CityWalk, IOA (Hogsmeade) and Universal (Diagon Alley) to share pictures of their Harry Potter treasures and where they purchased them.


Minerva McGonagalls hat purchased at Islands Trading Company inside Islands of Adventure. You can see the two ribbons at the right. These tightened the hat for a perfect fit. It is easily shaped.


The Monster Book of Monsters. Purchased at in Dervish and Banges in Hogsmeade. Can also be purchased at Island Trading Company in IOA and the Universal store in CityWalk.

LOL..... wonder of what people perceive when they see everyone's avatar.....Thats so funny......I have 5 grandchildren and one of them uses the Harry Potter gifts I give her as teaching tools with her students and they love it.

The cups can also be purchased at the Universal store in CityWalk.

These ornaments were very nice. I had never seen them before. The only place you can get them is Island Trading Company in IOA. Didn't see them anywhere else.

This was something new since my last visit in September. I purchased it at the Universal Store at Portofino Bay piazza. It was also in the Harry Potter section in the Island Trading Company in IOA. As you can tell I have already been testing it....LOL.
