Treasure Hunters??

Does anyone else find it ironic that the Fogles were eliminated in a church.

Oh, this has been my favourite moment in the show so far. I couldn't stop laughing! :rotfl2:

Did anyone else wonder why it took them all so long to figure out the last clue? I figured out what they would need to do as soon as I saw the paper. Maybe it was their lack of sleep or something? :confused3

Okay, someone catch me up on the fun stuff that wasn't covered in the Treasure Hunters website recap. Of all the times for my DVR to mess up, the week they go to Paris and London and that the Foguls are eliminated. Wahhhhh!!
Everyone flew to Paris. The Foguls found two local girls who got them, Air Force and the Geniuses lost (these three teans lost several hours). The teams had to go into the catacombs in Paris and find a clue that led them to a statute of Layeffete. There they had to figue out that they had to break the masks. The Southie Boyw, Miss USA and Ex-CIA all stuck together and were a couple of hours ahead of the other three teams.

At the statutes, the teams had to figue out that they had to break the big masks that they were carrying for the next clue. That clue sent everyone to Dover Castle across the channel. There they had to find a arrow pointing them to a clue. The arrow was a pattern that you could see on the roof or the map that led to the clues outside the castle. That clue led everyone to a church where they had to find who Ben Franklin developed codes and ways to hide messages.

The Southie Boys, Ex-CIA and Miss USA spent three or four hours trying to find a clue at the church. The key was putting the parchment recieved at the prior clue to a flame which revealed a map done in invisible ink.

The Fogus and Air Force had teamed up again and arrived at the church ahead of the Geniuses. The Geniuses figured out the trick. The Geniuses went off and hid their work with a guy from Air Force trying to figure out what they were doing. The Geniuses were 4th and then the Air Force figured out the clue and came in fifth. The Foguls were eliminated in the church.

Kayte Fogul was actually on good behavior this show. Mamma Fogul was in tears at being eliminated in a church because being in churches was part of their life.

It was a good episode. The Geniuses came through and were happy that either the Foguls or Air Force was going to be eliminated.

BUH-BYE FOGELS!!!!!!! I couldn't stand the daughter and except for last night at the castle, found the parents to be a bit hypocriticalikn their game play.

I had so much fun watching this last night...my DH and I went to Dover castle last time we were in England, and had one of the best days of our trip. It's really gorgeous, especially in the day time when you can look out over the cliffs...they didn't show most of it on the show.

Anyway, I was glad the Fogels went too...good riddance. Not sure who I'm pulling for at this point...maybe the Southie Boys because they are so funny, or maybe the beauty pagent girls because they are being so smart!

I was so excited to see them out of the US! (makes me long even more for new AR season ;) ) and I was SSSSSOOOO happy to see the Fogals go!! Whoo hoo!

But regardless, I am COMPLETELY stuck on the online game......I'm stuckin Brodie and have NO idea where I'm supposed to go!!! HELP!

Go into the saloon and click on each of the player piano scrolls. Let the song play all the way through. Then you'll have your clue. HTH! :)

:rotfl2: Yes, too funny.
Doing my happy dance... :cool1: Fogals are gone! Now I never have to hear Kayte whine and cry again! :cool1:

I think it's funny that Air Force looked completely lost and unsure of themselves in the church. I usually like this team but had to laugh at the worried looks on their faces. No more Fogals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance3:

Anyone else at an impass on this weeks challenge? We're past the church and graveyard and are in the next location, but there is nothing to click on and the only option is "go back to church" and we can't find anything else there... we've clicked on every freakin' pixel in their stupid screens and nothing else is a link!?!?!?!?!? :confused3 :furious: :badpc:

Me too, I can't figure out where to click either. I've tried using the book, the matches again, and the chain...nothing works.

I closed my browser and started over. Did all of the same steps in the same order. This time the chain worked. I looked on a few forums and evidently many people are having the same problem. They do everything correctly and in the correct order, but when they click on the chain at the oil site, it just goes back into the backpack.

So try starting over - annoying, but hopefully it will work. It did for us.

Is this a game you can join now, after its already started? Or have we just missed out :guilty:

Oh that is so annoying now that I realize how close to the end I was... Oh well. Thanks for the help!

You can make up all the previous weeks' quests. Have fun!

I'm having a REALLY hard time jumping over the big hole in the graveyard cavern. Any tips?? I am holding down shift to run and the left arrow and then clicking the spacebar to jump when I get to the edge and I'm not even coming close. I keep falling down below and have to keep getting back up. It's driving me NUTTY!!!!!!!!

I was sad to see Team Miss Usa go last night. They were doing so well. It's about time they showed a bunch of women with class and grace on these shows. They showed class all the way.

I wish the Geniuses would go home. They annoy me.

Thank God the Fogols are gone. Can you imagine if Katie had to climb the mountain? I'm so glad we didn't have to watch that.

I agree with everything you wrote. It is sad to think that there is only one woman left in the competition.

Air Force all the way!!

I agree. I liked those girls about 3 bazillion times better than I liked the actual Miss USA when she was on Project Runway picking out a dress.

I don't like the way the contestants get to just skip over steps in this show. It didn't seem fair that 3 of the teams got to completely skip the Eiffel Tower. Miss USA was way ahead of all of them and then lost because they didn't get to copy off the team that figured out the map thing.

Man, that Air Force team was just so far ahead of everybody else. They were smokin'!
