We are leaving in 8 days and going with a family that has never been to WDW. So I am trying to find some fun "hidden" things to show them. We know about things like tinkerbell in the drawer, and the phone in the shop on Main Street, and some of the hidden mickey's.

Anyone have any other fun things in any of the parks to share with us so we can make this a fun experience for them?

Books listing Hidden Mickeys to look for are sold at the parks and (by different authors) also sold at some bookstores which carry a lot of travel guidebooks. Not sure which gift shops have them, do ask at Guest Relations.

Other things you can look for (about 30 cuttable pastable printable pages):

what about the key under the mat at muppet vision? and don't forget to pull the rope at the well in front of indiana jones.

What is the TINKER BELL In the drawer? I have never heard of this?

there are a bunch...if you do a search here for disney secrets it will bring up alot of posts with ideas......

the umbrella at MGM that rains on you....
the rope at the well in MGM
the key under the mat at Muppet 3D
are just some of them.

enjoy

Tinkerbell is in a drawer in the Princess shop next to Mickey's Philharmagic. If you look through the keyhole in the dresser near the door you can see Tinkerbell. Apparently, if you are one of the first in the shop when the park opens you can help wake her up.

There is a store on main street that sells cookware. Go to the far corner of the room and there is an old phone. Pick it up and listen, it is really funny.

I knew about the key under the mat at the muppets and the umbrella, but not the rope at Indiana Jones. Will have to give that a try!

The Hidden Mickeys book is sold at stores such as Borders and Barnes and Noble. It's a nice compact size, and is full of clues (and answers!). I think it's about $7. :earsboy:
