Treadmill/Ifit problem (not showing distance ran)

My family recently got a new treadmill. They delivered it in December and it didn't work. They sent replacement parts in January. We had some good workouts, but we noticed a problem two days ago. It works fine- except that it doesn't show the distance ran during a work out! We can't figure out how to fix it, and internet searches haven't got me anywhere. It's a Norditrack with Ifit.
Has anyone else had this problem? I've become so incredibly frustrated with this machine...

On the regular workout, I am sure you already know there are several display options depending on what you want to view during the workout. Does that work?

Yeah- it doesn't show up, even when I change the display or do a pre-programed work out. I'm probably going to call customer service Monday if I can't get it to work. I've got the Disney Princess half-marathon coming up and it'd nice to see how far I'm running. :/
