As far as pulling up my reservation, it was there right away. Go to "My Reservations" when you get to the Disney site. You will have to log in and it will take forever.
Then it will take you to a page that tells you it's having trouble pulling up reservations. Ignore that and hit the "retrieve reservations" button on the right hand side. Fill your info into the pop up box (reservation number and "other" when it asks how you booked).
That should work. I just checked mine this way

Me too! As of right now, I can't get either one to work and they did before. I'm using the Travelocity mobile app so ill try online again tomorrow! I'm glad someone had good luck! Love these boards!!!
