Travelocity? Any exprience with their make it right policy?

Have you needed their 'make it right' policy?
Good? Bad?

I was there for Easter week (busy). Tried checking in to Pop Century - was told by the front desk (manager) no room for me, I was being moved to All Stars. One call to Travelocity and suddenly my room was immediately available.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Travelocity and never had to use their "make it right" policy. As a matter of fact, I booked my best onsite rate thus far using Travelocity....Aug 06 - $110 for King/Waterview at CBR =))
