Traveling with relatives' children

I'll be sailing with a 3yo and 6yo who are my niece's children. Do I need anything more than their birthcertificates? Guardianship letter or something like this? TIA

Yes, you should have your niece write a letter similar to this example (www.voyage.gc.ca/Consular-e/Before_go/example_child-e.htm) and she should have it notarized (most banks provide this service at no charge.
