Great ideas! My family also likes to add a little Disney into the travel time, with our favorite verbal game being first letter/last letter, Disney style! In this you have to come up with something thats first letter starts with the last letter of the thing the person before you said, and it all must relate to Disney. For example, if I were to say "Minnie Mouse", the next person could say "Eeyore" or "Epcot". Lots of fun with older kids!

Loved it! Great advice on not taking out the electronic devices too soon in case they have to put them away again. My daughter also loves books on CD's. I also bought her a copy of Birnbaum's Walt Disney World for Kids to read on the plane.
