How do people transport their aerobeds when flying? Do you put it in a suitcase? Do you leave it in its bag? Give me your suggestions! Thanks!

We carried an extra suitcase with the areobed and a few other things. It also left room for any extras we purchased on out trip!

I'm going to UPS it to myself along with my other goodies then ship it back home when I check out

Good Luck John

I saw that Bed Bath & Beyond has an Aero Queen Bed in a special black duffle rolling bag for $99. You can get it for less with their frequent 20 percent off coupons. One con for me is that the bed is too big for my needs, and the bag has a small label that says Aerobed on it.

We put our's in it's own small suitcase. It is of course a Disney suitcase that probably cost more than the bed itself. We are actually leaving in about an hour and have it ready to go.

I second shipping it down (we used UPS). We shipped our aerobed down in July and it was waiting for us when we checked in. The day we left we took our box to the front desk and they shipped it all back home to us. It was great! Plus, we didn't have to lug it around.

If you put it in your check luggage, dont put anything else in the bag that is worth anything. Most likely the luggage with the aero bed in it will be opened and checked. we bring ours with sometimes in our checked luggage and each way that bag was opened and searched.

We put it in a rolling duffle and check it as luggage.
