Was just thinking and perhaps this has already been covered previously in the thread, but shouldn't we be getting PremEar at Sea of Disney's new movie Tangled? I think it's supposed to hit the theaters November 24th?

Seams the list should be bigger. Maybe I don't have them all. I thought more movies came out on Thanks giving than any other day of the year.

On the boards last week, people wrote about the Disney ships that passed each other which doesn't happen often. The postings mentioned the Magic's coming from Dry Dock so we don't see passengers. Someone commented the ship horns greeted each other. Another commented one of the ships horns was flat/off key sounding.

My PC speakers weren't set up yet but I watched gofenmom's photobucket yesterday with no sound. It was great to see that moment and share in it. I watched people smile, point and approach the rail to get the best view. It gave me a warm feeling inside.

Tonight I re-installed my speakers to my PC and I was curious to hear what a flat/off key horn sounded like. Thank you, gofenmom for posting that moment. I wasn't expecting more than a toot or two. I got a chill up my spine and teared up when I heard the horns. I got that "Magic" feeling again.

Thank goodness those Hallmark card commercials are off the air. Good luck to my daughter on her prom, graduation, wedding day...first any-day! I teared up at Very Merry Christmas so often I was afraid people would think I received bad news! (I've often equated feeling I had on my Wedding day to a night at VMC!)

If you see me looking teary eyed(and you will) with a big toothy smile on my face(I've been told I smile like a horse, hope it's meant as a compliment). Please smile or wave to me so I know you understand those are really tears of JOY! I'm so embarrassed by my reaction to euphoria.

Last year was our first time cruising with DCL. We were lucky to have experienced it. It was a "magical" moment, and LOTS of fun. Both ships were full of cruisers & we "tooted" back & forth for about 20 min. We were not able to get into Castaway Cay due to the high winds and were trying to waste some time at sea before trying again. It made the delay a little more fun!

Not sure which date Tangled comes out but I thought it was November 24th. If it does, DCL will usually PremEar it at midnight on release day and then probably I'm hoping run it a lot the rest of the week.

I love when all the movies come out around the holidays. I wish there was some Christmas type family friendly movie coming out

OK, Here is a questions and I only ask this due to this will be our 6th Disney cruise and I am a little worried that we have so many on the FE list but not really anyone is talking on this group for us having less then a month to go?

The reason why I bring this up is because I have been on 2 other cruises where this happened and it ened up that some (about 7 to 10 families out of 40 at the time ) did not end up doing the FE exchange or forgot about it maybe or for whatever reason and did not let anyone know. After others realized this it was a bit upsetting since we split the group due to it being so large.

Anyone have a good idea of how to find out if everyone still wants to take part in this? I think we have over 35 family or rooms now and it seems that only about 10 of us are even talking lately.

As far as the FE list on the webiste goes, there are 20 families who have signed up and only 2 of those have I not heard from in a while... Remember only the yellow highlighted names are participating. I know a few of you are waiting to hear on room assignments. I figure if I don't have a room assignment posted for someone in the next week or so then they aren't probably active anymore.

As far as the FE list on the webiste goes, there are 20 families who have signed up and only 2 of those have I not heard from in a while... Remember only the yellow highlighted names are participating. I know a few of you are waiting to hear on room assignments. I figure if I don't have a room assignment posted for someone in the next week or so then they aren't probably active anymore.

I sent out PMs about three weeks ago to everyone that was not active on the boards and did a search just today to see if there were any additional posts from the inactive Thanksgiving Turkeys. I have a count of three cruisers that have only posted one time. I am not sure they wanted to be included in the FE exchange. They might have been just informing us that they would be cruising when they posted. I can Pm the names to HerrQsmee or post them.

I am the same way when I hear the horns... my kids think I'm crazy....They haven't cruised yet......

Great thought on the FE thing. Last April there was a huge group that said they were participating. On the ship it ended up being us and two others with them hanging outside the door. For us it was no big deal to put it back in the car, but one had mailed them and so they were not taking them back. They put handfuls of stuff in our FE..we went home with lots of easter eggs

I think it is a great idea that those who are participating need to be actively postive. So thanks to whoever started checking on it.

That said we have all our FE stuff made and ready to go :0


As for the ships crossing I think the last three Thanksgiving the Wonder has sailed by Castaway Cay.

We were on a cruise where the Magic was forced to dock next to the Wonder in the Bahamas....it was so cool.


I am in the process of making a list for my FE deliveries. I will share with HerQsmee when it is done. The spreadsheet is great but for delivering I would need glasses....darn old eyes
