Traveling to Hoop De Doo....?

We are staying at ASMO and will have a rental car.

Hoop De Doo at 7:15 pm

Magic Kingdom open until 10:00 pm

I would like to stay after the show and watch the Water Pageant.

Fastest/Easiest way of traveling there and back?

Drive to the Magic Kingdom, take the ferry, walk to the boat over to Ft. Wilderness?

Drive to Fort Wilderness, take 1 (or is it 2) internal buses?

Two choices...

1. Drive to FW and take the internal bus... this is probably the quickest

2. Take the bus to MK and then Boat to FW. Figure about 45 - 60 minutes for the trip.

Either one will work since the MK boat will still be running after the water pageant.

If you plan on visiting FW for a while after the show, maybe catch the movie they show in the meadow or take a carriage ride or something then driving would probably be a better option.

Thank you for your quick reply...I would love to catch the movie but with HDR starting at 7:15 I dont think it will still be going on then will it? Carraige ride would also be great (I like to do "different" things) but unfortunately I think they only hold 2 adults and 3 small children.....mine are 15,14, 12 and 12.

I did not consider busing it to the MK.....hmmmm....45 minutes you say? Any idea on how long driving from ASMO and taking the internal Fort Wilderness bus would take?

Another way to get to Fort Wilderness is to take the Bus from All Star to Disney/Mgm then change to the Fort Wilderness/Wilderness Lodge bus route, get off the bus at Fort Wilderness Settlement Depot then Walk 200 yards to Hoop De Doo Pioneer Hall building, very easy.

Thanks for the suggestion....any idea how long a trip this would be.....I have to figure out what time to leave the resort to get there in time for the 7:15 show and I dont want to be late....thanks!!

I would drive. Once at FW, you can take any/first internal bus to get to Hoop Dee Doo. This is definitely the quickest way.

If you were taking a bus to MGM then bus to FW, I would allow at least an hour of time. You could wait up to 20 minutes per bus plus actual driving time.

I would drive or go ona anight when you're going to be at MK anyway.
