Traveling to/from the Poly via Bus

Hello! We are headed to WDW in August, staying at the Poly. About how much time should we budget for a bus ride to HS? Also, we plan a midday break for our HS day. About how much time should we budget for the return trip to the Poly midday (including waiting at the bus stop)?
