Traveling to another country before cruise

I have a 7 night Eastern Carribean cruise booked for June 2017. I am considering applying to go on a medical missionary trip in April of 2017. I know that before we cruise everyone has to fill out a health profile but couldn't remember what all was on it. Will visiting a 3rd world country (with all required vaccines before hand of course) effect my cruise?

Thanks! That is very helpful, I don't know for sure when/where I will be going but it would likely be Peru in April so doesn't look like I'll have anything to worry about
