travelex insurance- use year

I am trying to get through to member services to re new our travelex insurance but there is a huge wait time

went to try and do it online and it is asking which use year we wish to insure.

we have a December use year and have had the insurance now for the past 3 years but I do not know if I am purchasing for 2014 or 2015 use year as I get confused re the use years

MS was able to tell me which years I had purchased when I called. They apparently keep this info on file.
