Traveler's Checks?

I know this is a silly question but since I normally use my resort charge or my Visa debit card I don't know for sure the answer my friend asked me. Do the WDW restaurants take traveler's checks or are they ancient in this debit card age?

WDW takes Travelers checks, I used them last week at Disney. I had no problems using them, they are like cash. I feel safer using them. I used them mainly at the table service places.
