Travel with request

If two rooms are booked under the same member, but different guests in the rooms, will they typically place those rooms near each other or do you have to call member services to make the request?

When we added onto our stay we were out of points so rented from another member. I hate to ask her if she will call member services to make a request if they normally place these type of reservations together already.

Would need to have a Travel With noted on the reservations. This is the only way that the room assigner will know to try and place them near to each other.

You need to have the "traveling with" reservation numbers added to each reservation. The room assigners won't assume that you want to be close, depending on who is in the room, you may want to be far apart.

Yes if you add the travel with request you should get very close to each other if not next to. Both times we’ve done this we ended up right next to each other. Once at VGF with a studio and one bedroom that ended up being a lock off 2 bedroom. And once at BWV for my wedding. We had 3 two bedrooms lock offs all right next to each other and 2 studios that were about 5 rooms apart.
