Travel to Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue

How long is an estimate to get from Orlando International airport to BWV (check-in and drop bags in room) and then take Disney transportation on to Ft. Wilderness for the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue ? Plane lands at 3:40 pm on a Sunday.
Do you think we can make the 7:15 show or should we reserve the 9:30? We have a senior citizen traveling with us and I am afraid he will not like the later show.......

The 7:15 is cutting it close!!! If everything went without a hitch from the airport, no line a check in, and a bus waiting at the BWV door, you might have a chance!! Go with the later seating so your not a crazy person by time you get there. Also just a little advice- take the bus to magic kingdom and then the boat to fort wilderness, its much faster than the bus which requires a switch to the internal bus at the campground!

Or you could walk or take the boat from BWV to MGM, then get on a FW bus. The FW bus from MGM stops at the Settlement Depot where Pioneer Hall is. It's the only FW theme park bus that does.

I would recommend the later show. This would give you more time and lower the stress level.

Is your itinerary possible? Yes. Would I personally do it? Yes. Would I regret (afterwards) not getting the later show instead? Yes again. You're at WDW to relax. Take the later show and start relaxing!

Thanks for the great advice. I have a couple more days to make up my mind. Everyone else would be fine, but I am just afraid my father-in-law would be disgruntled at the later seating. He is the kind of person who starts pacing at 5:00 until dinner is served. Vacation or not!

We may go to "plan B" and change our reservations to a different night of our stay.

Instead of using WDW transportation, take a taxi. That is what we did, this way you won't have to worry about the times of the buses and cutting it close. It was about $11 for the taxi and was worth it not having to worry if we were cutting it close. You will still have to take the internal bus, but any internal bus will take you there and they run continuously.

It depends what month you go and day of the week. If it was a value season no problem at all. But if a busy time of year and day it will be cutting it close.
