Travel times to Parks

Help !!!
We are deciding between staying at the All Star or Coronado Beach and bus travel time to the various parks is a factor. Disney says travel time to MK from AS Movies is 35 - 40 minutes - this could be an eternity with 4 kids under 5. If you have stayed at either of the hotels can you tell me estimated times on the buses to the various parks??

If you stay at the AStars, your bus will drive right past Coronodo. I would think that it is only about 5 min. (if that) longer if you are staying at the AStars. The wait time for a bus might even be better at the AStars, but the crowd for the CS would be smaller.
