Travel times between resort and parks

Ok we are deciding which places to stay at.
For SSR, OKW, AKV, VWL, and BCV what is the travel times to MK, Epcot, DHS and AK?
We have stayed at BLT last December and AKV however from AKV only went to AK. We hit that major cold spell and really did not get to do as much as we wanted. Hopefully Nov 3-12 will be better.

For AKV, Busses stop at Kidani first and then Jambo (that takes about 4 to 5 minutes traveling and loading from one resort to the other if staying at Kidani). From there, the usual trip is about 8 minutes to AKV and about 20 to 25 for the others. Studios gets a little longer as day progresses to acount for stop at Blizzard Beach.

For BCV, it is much easier to walk to Epcot (about 8 minutes) than to walk over to the boat and take it. Walk to Studios is closer to 25-30 minutes. Walking to boat is about 5 minutes and trip to studios is about 25 minutes. Busses when sharing with only YC are about 15 to 20 minutes to MK and 25 to 30 to AK (has Blizzard Beach stop as day progresses). However, you can sometimes get stuck sharing also with Swan/Dolphin and BW and in that event you can add another 10 to 20 minutes to either trip.

The above does not account for any wait time at the bus stations or boat dock.

Now we are looking at OKW VS SSR since we can get a room for the entire stay 3-12. However I think I would rather split my stay and have 3-8 at BLT and then 8-12 at SSR or OKW.

We have 3 teen sons, and they love Epcot most. We can not get any rooms at bcv or bwv for the dates we need I am going to waitlist both BLT and BCV however.

Since the 12th we have to catch the express about 1pm I thought SSR would be nice since we could spend a few hours in DTD before we leave. Suggestions?
