Travel Time Question from Airport

Here is the scenario:

We are arriving on 12/26. Our flight is scheduled to land at 10:10AM at Orlando International (MCO). We are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter. How long, if we land on time of course, will it take for us to use Disney Transportation to get the from the airport to the hotel.

I ask because I was unable to get the latest Candlelight Processional on the 26th, having to settle for the 6:15 show, which means our dinner is at 3:45PM. We plan to do online check-in the week before we leave so that will cut down on time once we arrive, but my concern is will we have enough time to get from the airport, to the hotel, drop off our stuff and/or check in, and then get to Epcot in time for our ADR???

You should have plenty of time. But if you are taking the ME you don't have to pick up your luggage, etc.; they do it for you and deliver it to your room. Don't take anything more than a backpack with essentials, do check-in on-line and you can pick up your KTTW card and catch your bus for the ADR and the Candlelight Processional. By the way, POFQ is our moderate! Nice choice.

I think you will have plenty of time to get to your 3:45 pm ADR if your plane lands close to on time.

Even when it's busy, ME should get you to the resort in 1.5 - 2.5 hours from flight landing at unless there is some kind of rare problem. Assume another hour to check in at POFQ and leave your stuff with Bell Services, and another 60-90 minutes to get to EPCOT.

Even assuming the longest times, that puts you at the EPCOT entrance by 3 - 3:15pm That's still plenty of time to get to your ADR location for a 3:45 ADR.

I think my estimated times are very conservative. You should be there a lot earlier than 3 if things go "normally". Good luck!

You should be ok. The bus ride takes about 30-45 mins, and you should be on the bus 30-45 mins after arriving at DME, and that should be a worse case scenario. So long as you don't dwadle, you will probably have enough time to hit up TT or Soarin' before your ADR.

I'm going to move this over to our transporation board for you.
