Hi all! I am hoping to get at least 1 ride on Spaceship Earth on the 8th of July (the day we arrive). Our plane lands MCO at 4:30 so I figure we should be at AKL by 6pm. If check in takes about 30 minutes, I assume we will be out to catch a bus to epcot by 6:45 or so. How long will the ride take? Do many buses come by this time of day or should I expect a long wait? I am hoping to be in line for SE by 8pm at the latest, is this feasible? Thanks!

Vert feasible.

Park buses run about every 15-20 minutes. So worst case, at 6:45 you just miss an Epcot bus and have to wait for the next one, at 7:05 p.m. Then figure a 15 minute ride, it's 7:20, then 10 minutes to walk from bus, go through gate, walk to SE, it's 7:30 p.m.

So if there are no delays in the process, it's very feasible to get there by 8:00 p.m.!

I agree. 8:00 is a reasonable time to shoot for. You might be there earlier. Have fun!

Are you talking about Tuesday, May 8th? Spaceship Earth? What line?

In umpteen years of going to WDW, I have yet to see a line at SE at night, especially mid-week, non-holiday time.
You should be able to walk right on (probably over and over again  ).

Now, if you were talking about Soarin' or TT or Mission Space............:rolleyes1
Don't worry; you've discovered the BEST time to ride SE!:thumbsup2

Oh, I meant July 8th, sorry! I didn't even realize I had forgotten to include the month:lmao: I was hoping to ride it the last day it was open, July 4th holiday so I am assuming there will be a line. I can't imagine that the rest of the trip would change too much though for that time frame right?
