Travel time from John Wayne to DLR?

Having been to DLR only once in 2005 I've forgotten how long we can allow for travel time from John Wayne Airport to HoJo's. Can someone give me an estimate?

Depends how you are getting there, what time of the day, and if you are carpool....

It is about 15 miles from DLR!

We (party of 8) will arrive around 2:40 pm and our plans are to have a limo service meet us.

Whoops, I posted on your other thread by mistake...


It takes about 15 minutes, and is is a little over 11 miles. This is why I love SNA (John Wayne Airport)--it is so quick and easy. We often land at 11:15, and have reservations for Carnation Cafe at noon. We are easily able to make it. We always take a van-cab (one of the cabs that just waits at the curb--ready to take people to Disneyland or hotels around it). This gives us enough time to check in first--leaving off our bags--and then go to the park for our lunch.

mm like everyone says..15-20 minutes the most.., john wayne airport is close to DL(well when you take freeways it is)

very classy, very nice! yeah the limo driver will know the way to get there, he or she may take the freeway .. either way yeah 15-20 mins!
