travel time from AK to MGM

On Sat. Dec 3rd, I need to get to MGM from AK in time for my 4:20 ADR at the Brown Derby.

1. How do I do that? Is there a bus? Are there taxis outside AK?

2. What time should I leave AK?

They do have buses that go between the parks. Just look for the right sign at the bus stop. I would give it about 45 minutes to travel between the two. This way you can wait for a bus to come if you need to.

They do have taxis outside the gate as well if you want to get there quicker.

The actual "on the road" time will only be about 15 minutes.
But as was said, you need to add the "waiting for the bus" time.
Plus, the "going thru security" time at the MGM gate, and the time it takes to walk to the Brown Derby, and you want to be at the ADR 15 minutes early.
So... I'd be waiting at the AK bus stop by 3:00-3:15pm, or so.

It's times are a bit "long" (it usually takes less than stated) but it will give you the routes.

Most folks do not know about the "Park-to-Park" buses.
They are there so guests can "Park Hop."

All operate at the parks' front gate bus stops except for the MK, where the Park-to-Park buses terminate at TTC.
