Travel Insurance with AAA?

Sorry, wasn't sure where to put this question. We just returned from a WONDERFUL trip to the world on Sunday. While waiting for our magical express bus to pick us up at the resort, someone accidently knocked over my carry-on bag. I didn't think much of it, but when I got home I realized my camera was in that bag and now it won't work. I purchased the trip insurance with AAA when I booked, but just wondered how hard it will be to file a claim, etc.
